What is the best way to calculate DOPs of next day using GPSTK? I thought about calcDops.exe. But I think it only calculates DOPs for current or previous days? Is that right?

Is there a similar utility like "compStaVis.exe"(predicts satellite visibility for a certain period of time at a given location)?
