Question

I created a SP3EphemerisStore object. The information of the first satellite at the first epoch is actually assigned to member pe[0] which has the sat_id = 0??? Moreover, at second line pe[1], there are recorded all the epochs except first epoch and the sat_id = 1.

Is this a right behavior?

One more thing. The basePV and baseClk members of the SP3Header do not load the values specified by the line 15 of an Sp3 file (ftp://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/data/format/sp3c.txt)

For the first part of your question: As you have noticed, there is a bug in "SP3EphemerisStore.cpp".
