Please let me know the format of the output from PRSolve and rinexpvt.

Answer

Run PRSolve without arguments and it will produce a "syntax page" which describes command line options; at the top of this document is a description of the output format of lines beginning with the tags RPF, RPR, RNE, etc.

If you download or check out the GPSTk source code, from the highest level directory (/gpstk or /dev) cd to /apps/positioning/doc. In that directory you'll find a pdf file named rinexpvt-manual. In it you will find information on running rinexpvt and details on output options. Good luck!
