Description

This application reads SP3 (a or c) file(s) and writes them to RINEX navigation file(s).

Command Summary

Required Arguments:
Short Arg. Long Arg. Description
-p --pe Input precise ephemeris.
-r --output-rate Rate of broadcast ephemeris output (seconds).

Optional Arguments:

-h --help Display argument list.
