Question

This is a feature request (not bug report). JAXA has proposed a RINEX extension extending support to QZSS data. For example, the "J" GNSS designation. See v2 and v3 docs in <http://qz-vision.jaxa.jp/USE/is-qzss/RINEXv2_QZSSext_NC.pdf> <http://qz-vision.jaxa.jp/USE/is-qzss/RINEXv3_QZSSext_NC.pdf>

Hello Felipe,

We are currently implementing full RINEX Version 3.02 support into the Toolkit as we speak, which will include support for QZSS data. The base framework will be added to the GPSTk v2.2 release that is scheduled at the end of this month. While the previous v2.2 release announcement did not include this information, subsequent messages will outline the new features.

As with every new release, we love to receive feedback and verification from the GPSTk community. Since you are requesting QZSS data support, we are making the assumption that you work with QZSS data in some form or fashion. We would love to get your feedback on the QZSS features of the upcoming changes.

Keep a lookout for the new release and thanks again for your interest in GPSTk!
